Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Eleven mobile app (iOS and Android), developed by Dosmotic Hospitality LLC (“Dosmotic”, “we”), handles personal data.

Who uses the app

Eleven is not a consumer app. It is provided to the employees and subcontractors of the companies that use the Eleven platform (the “client company”). Access requires an account created by the client company. The client company decides what the data is used for and is the data controller; Dosmotic operates the app and the platform on its behalf.

What data the app collects

• Account data: name, username and role, provided by the client company.
• Location: only during a work day — from when you tap Start until you tap Stop — the app records your position about every 5 minutes, also while the phone is locked or the app is in the background. Outside the work day the location is not read. You can stop it at any time with Stop or by changing the permission in your phone settings.
• Camera and photos: only when you take a picture of a delivery note (DDT). The photo and the text read from it are stored with the delivery note.
• Technical data: app version, device model and operating system, permission status and error logs, used to keep the app working.

How the data is used

To record work hours and presence on construction sites, to assign delivery notes and costs to the right site, and to provide support. We do not use the data for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not build profiles for marketing.

Who receives the data

The data is visible to authorized users of the client company. It is processed by our service providers only to run the service: hosting and network providers, and an automated document-reading service that extracts text from delivery-note photos. They may not use it for their own purposes.

Storage and retention

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and kept for as long as the client company needs it for its work records and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by contacting your employer (the client company) or us at ceo@dosmotic.com. If you are in the European Union you can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

Children

The app is intended for working adults and is not directed to children.

Changes

We will update this page if the app starts handling data differently. The date at the top shows the latest version.
