About Dosmotic
Dosmotic Hospitality LLC was formed in January 2026 in the State of Wyoming to bring under one company the hospitality operations and the software work of its founder, Martin Thomas Acevedo.
What we do
The company has two lines of business. The first is hospitality operations: we run the online side of a portfolio of serviced apartments in Bergamo and Milan, Italy — distribution on the booking platforms, dynamic pricing, guest messaging, online check-in and payment collection. The second is business software: we build and operate Eleven, a management platform and mobile app for construction and real-estate development companies.
The two lines feed each other. The software we build for clients grows out of the tools we use every day to run our own operations, and those operations are the first place where every new feature is tested.
Leadership
Martin Thomas Acevedo — Founder and Managing Member. Martin started managing short-term rentals in Italy in 2023 and leads both the operations and the software development of the company.
