Eleven

Eleven is a management platform for construction and real-estate development companies, with a companion mobile app for iPhone and Android used by staff and subcontractors on site.

The platform

The web platform is used by the management and the accounting team of the client company.

• Invoices and payments — incoming and outgoing invoices, what is due and when, linked to the bank movement that paid them.
• Bank accounts — balances and movements from all the company's banks, read through a licensed open-banking provider.
• Construction sites — costs, revenues and progress for each site, down to the single invoice.
• Cash forecast and debt — expected cash, loan schedules and guarantees in one view.

The mobile app

The app is not a consumer product: it is given by the client company to its employees and subcontractors, who sign in with an account created by the company.

• Work days — workers tap Start and Stop to record their hours. During the work day, and only then, the app records the position so that hours can be assigned to the right site.
• Delivery notes — a photo of the delivery note is read automatically and the material is assigned to the right construction site.

Privacy and access

Data belongs to the client company and is visible only to its authorized users. Read the privacy policy for the details on location, camera and the data the app handles.
