Terms of Use

These terms apply to this website and to the Eleven app and platform operated by Dosmotic Hospitality LLC (“Dosmotic”, “we”).

Use of the Eleven app

The Eleven app is provided to the employees and subcontractors of companies that have an agreement with Dosmotic (the “client company”). Access requires an account created by the client company, and the use of the app is also governed by that agreement and by the instructions of the client company.

You agree to keep your credentials confidential, to use the app only for your work with the client company, and not to attempt to access data or functions you are not authorized to use.

Data

Data entered in the app belongs to the client company. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.

Availability

We work to keep the service available and secure, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. We may update the app and these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website and the app are provided “as is”, and Dosmotic is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers and workers under the law of their country of residence.
